As a parent, supporting your child through educational transitions or challenges can be overwhelming. Empowering your family to create and sustain changing of schools, learning environments or preparing for college doesn’t have to be stressful.
Whether your son or daughter is living with anxiety, depression, sensory issues or other special needs, they can still thrive with hope and promise. Your custom 1-1 program will consist of in-person and virtual meetings along with email support.
Together we’ll create:

A comprehensive transition plan and road map for your child including strategies for overcoming challenges

Resources/contacts and assistance for meetings with supporting agencies and colleges/secondary schools

An organized portfolio of all needed documentation of IEP/504s and/or assessments needed for secondary education/training
